SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use third parties to provide storage and customer support tools for our customers’ data. The prescienceAI,Inc. platform and customer data is stored securely with our infrastructure hosting vendor, Google Cloud Platform (GCP). prescienceAI,Inc. shares information only with approved sub-processors for the purposes of customer support, success, and relationship management. Customer information may also be shared with email and database providers for the purposes of marketing and communication. Such third parties are prohibited from using any personally identifiable information we share with them for any other purpose.

Upon request, prescienceAI,Inc. may use additional third-party vendor(s) to fulfill promotions on behalf of prescienceAI,Inc. and the client. Any third-party vendor of prescienceAI,Inc. is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

 

INFORMATION HANDLING

We will retain a copy of your information in accordance with law and only so long as necessary to provide you with high quality and consistent services including marketing services and account information.

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely through the use of strong security and encryption.

Under certain circumstances, you may have the option to select binding arbitration for the resolution of your complaint as outlined in Annex I of the Privacy Shield Binding Arbitration Mechanism. Please see the Privacy Shield website for more information on conditions giving rise to binding arbitration. prescienceAI,Inc. is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
